Trevor Jensen

Trevor has been a member of the IHF Board of Directors since 2006. His involvement with the IHF began during his undergraduate years with field work with IHF’s partner organization in  Costa Rica. He continued to be involved throughout his years at Dartmouth, later working on the Improved Cookstove Project in India and serving as IHF’s Dartmouth Chapter president. After graduating from Dartmouth College with a BA in philosophy he briefly served as the national office VP of Communications before being elected to the Board of Directors.

Over the past few years Trevor has continued to focus on underserved populations, first working with AmeriCorps and a masters in Global Health Sciences at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). He is currently a fourth year medical student at UCSF, where he has focused on infectious disease research, particularly malaria in East Africa.
