Amish Parashar

Engineer, academic, entrepreneur, and inventor – Amish Parashar is a founder of the IHF, as well as its Board President. In addition to founding NeoVention, LLC, a medical technology development company based in New Hampshire, Amish has been an invited lecturer at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and UC San Diego, as well as various professional conferences and seminars. He currently serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence for UCSD’s CONNECT program, which aims to foster entrepreneurship in the San Diego area.

Amish holds a BA in Engineering Sciences and a BE in Biomedical Engineering from Dartmouth College, as well as an MSc in Public Health from the University of London. He also received a Post-Graduate Diploma from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine for his work at the University of London and the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Amish has published works on topics as diverse as venture creation and cardiac surgery, and he holds several patents (granted and pending) for public safety devices and medical and surgical technologies.
