James G. (Jim) Adriance

Jim worked 17 years in the Inter American Foundation, which included being the Country Foundation Representative for Ecuador and Peru. He also spent 2 years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica and recently returned to the US after 5 years as the Program and Training Director in Guatemala for the Peace Corps. Some of the areas he has worked in include: food production, health, environmental management; small business development; developing/strengthening organizations and leaders; water; and appropriate technology. He is personally interested in helping young people engage in the world and expand their horizons as world citizens.  He is currently the State Coordinator for the Latino Partnership Program (LPP) at Oregon Community Foundation
